Clarification:  A legal judgement was rendered in the past that made membership in the WIPOA optional for certain residents/property owner.  Clarified by the attorney for the WIPOA, the judgement only states that certain residents/property owners do not have to be members of the WIPOA, paying dues, and assessments.  There is no financial obligations for non members. All residents/property owners of Walnut Island are still bounded to the covenants of Walnut Island Property Owner Association.
